| As you are all well aware by now, the school hall was resurfaced during the recent holidays.The cost was €10,000. A huge sum of money,you'll agree.The money was very generously donated by Fitzpatrick Bros., Builders.The cost was contingent on having the old floor completely removed.No problem to our parents!!!!A very committed band of parents and others, stripped the existing floor in a record 40 minutes.The work had been commenced earlier by our long serving Caretaker, Michael Cleary.Below is a series of photos recording the removal of the old floor and some pics of how well it looks now.
