During Seachtain na Gaeilge all the classes were each given a loaf of traditional Irish brown bread to sample with some real Irish butter and jam. Here are some photos from Ms Butler's/ Ms Byrne's Class having freshly boiled eggs to go with the bread. I think they have given the thumbs up to our brown bread going by their satisfied and content faces:
