Our two First Classes gathered in the hall for a wonderful Breakfast Assembly, where they proudly showcased all the fantastic work they have been doing. The children spoke confidently about the weather, recited a lovely November poem, and even entertained us with a few poems as Gaeilge. They explored the Arctic, shared what they learned about the Northern Lights, and displayed their amazing artwork for everyone to enjoy. See some examples attached.
The children also spoke about positive affirmations and sang their Affirmation song. Afterwards, parents were invited to the junior block for a delicious breakfast, prepared by Ciara, and had the chance to chat with the teachers.
Everyone was so proud of the children and their brilliant assembly. A big thank you to Ms. Piggott and Ms. Quinn for all their hard work.
