To celebrate Neurodiversity Week, every child in our school helped to create a beautiful rainbow using their handprints. Each handprint was unique, just like each child in our school community, and together they formed something bright, colourful, and special.
The rainbow reminds us that everyone thinks, learns, and grows in different ways, and that these differences should be celebrated.Just as every colour is needed to complete a rainbow, every child is valued for the wonderful qualities and strengths they bring to our school.
A big thank you to Ms. Boland, Caitríona, Wendy, Mia, and all of the other helpers who made this wonderful activity so enjoyable for everyone. The colourful rainbow of handprints certainly brightened up our Friday and reminded us of the joy of celebrating each child’s uniqueness.
