The 6th class students of Ms. Dunne and Ms. Martin received their fourth sacrament, the Sacrament of Confirmation, on June 12th.
The ceremony was concelebrated by Fr. Jim and was a beautiful occasion held at Church of the Ascension. Ms. Archer led students from 3rd to 5th class in the choir, and they sang beautifully throughout the ceremony.
All of the Confirmation candidates had been preparing diligently for many months and each played an integral role in making the ceremony so special. It was wonderful to see such respect, reverence, and joy shared among the children and their families, including parents, grandparents, guardians, and sponsors.
A special thank you goes to Suzanne and Ms. Donegan for their support in helping the teachers prepare for this important occasion.
Ms. Martin and Ms. Dunne were extremely proud of all the pupils on the day, and rightly so. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and participation contributed to a memorable and meaningful celebration for everyone involved.
