2nd class had a wonderful afternoon of fun. We made rockets last week in science while learning about space. The children decorated their bottles to look like rockets.
Today we got a dry day so it was time to test their creations. We used vinegar and bread soda to create a chemical reaction. The cork flew out of the bottles once the reaction happened. The children had great fun seeing how high they could get them to fly!
